The stamp annotation object
(AnnStampObject) can
be a bitmap image or a text string in a rectangular frame. With the automated
functions, the user clicks and drags to specify a rectangle. Then, if the user
specifies a text string, the text is centered in the rectangle. If the user
specifies a bitmap, the bitmap is scaled to fit the rectangle. On a device that
displays 256 colors or less, you should use a fixed palette when displaying
bitmaps. Otherwise, a palette shift will occur on stamp objects containing bitmaps.
Programmatically, the boundaries and location of the stamp object can be controlled
using the following properties:
The
AnnStampObject class
inherits a number of properties from the
AnnObjectBase class
that provide support for font, pen and brush characteristics. These properties are
listed below:
Fill Stroke StrokeDashArray StrokeDashCap StrokeDashOffset StrokeEndLineCap StrokeLineJoin StrokeMiterLimit StrokeStartLineCap StrokeThickness FontDecorations FontFamily FontSize FontStretch FontStyle FontWeight SupportsFill SupportsFont SupportsStroke
