WebHouse "From Warehouse to Webhouse"

YourWebHouse.com was built to satisfy the growing need for organizations to store and retrieve image data over the Internet. Images are highly compressed, and stored in WebHouse Image Repositories. SQL Server databases handle the index values and functional security, like managing users and user groups. Windows NT-like security restricts access to documents based on the groups users belong to.

WebHouse can be a total imaging solution, or can serve as a disaster recovery solution for companies who already have imaging systems. The application runs entirely inside Windows Internet Explorer and supports:

• TWAIN scanning
• ISIS simplex and duplex scanning
• Kofax Adrenaline scanning
• Document Indexing and QC
• Image Retrieval and markup
• Downloading/emailing document images from within the browser
• Outbound faxing of documents from the browser
• Inbound capture of faxed documents

Options from the image display window allow the user to download the current
document, email it, or fax it to a third party.

Any number and type of indexes may be used to define a document group. Here, the customer has created an "Accounts Payable" Group and assigned four indexes to it.

Image IT uses the LEAD scan controls to provide ISIS and TWAIN scanning directly from within a web browser. The LEAD image viewer displays images as they are scanned or as users perform searches on previously indexed documents.
