Displays an interactive Add Border dialog with settings and preview thumbnail. Use the Add Border dialog to place a border outside or inside an image.

The pixel dimensions of the image remain unchanged if borders are placed inside, but will increase if borders are placed outside. Add border offers a variety of options for adding a border. Styles range from simple single-color borders to complex tiled borders.

Zoom: the preview thumbnails can either be 1:1 (actual size) or they can fit the thumbnail size.
Zoom tool: display the zoom toolbar buttons on the dialog.
Auto-process: the dialog will process the image with the selected dialog options; so, a separate call to the LEADTOOLS Add Border function is not required.
Help: the dialog can display a context sensitive help icon.
Show preview: dialog will have a thumbnail preview of the before and after of the image.
