The LEADTOOLS Multimedia
product line facilitates the capture, playback,
processing, compression and conversion of several
different multimedia file formats. The list of support
formats include:
- LEADTOOLS Multimedia products can playback any input file format supported by DirectShow, including:
- AVI
- DVD
- MPEG-2 (Transport and Program)
- MPEG1 Video
- MPEG1 Layer-3 Audio (MP3)
- ISO (MP4, 3GPP, AAC, AVC1, MOV)
- DivX
- ASF Windows Media Format
- WMV Windows Media Format
- WMA Windows Media Format
- WAV
- DVSD
- OGG
- Still image formats including TIFF, JPEG, BMP, PSP thumbnail, etc.
- DICOM support with a LEADTOOLS Medical Multimedia Filter Pack or LEADTOOLS Medical Imaging product.
- LEADTOOLS Multimedia products can convert any of the supported playback file formats to:
- AVI (using any available video compressor on the computer)
- DVD
- MPEG-2
- MPEG1 Video
- MPEG1 Layer-3 Audio (MP3)
- ISO (MP4, 3GPP, AAC, AVC1, MOV)
- DivX/ XVID
- AC3
- ASF Windows Media Format
- WMV Windows Media Format
- WMA Windows Media Format
- WAV (using any available audio compressors on the computer)
- DVSD
