MO:DCA IOCA (ICA)

This is the Image Object Content Architecture developed by IBM. LEADTOOLS toolkits support these files in an MO:DCA wrapper with embedded 1-bit CCITT Group 3 or Group 4 images or IBM MMR and also uncompressed IOCA. LEADTOOLS also supports IOCA files without an MO:DCA wrapper. All of these formats are supported for both load and save. LEADTOOLS can read and write 1bit and 1bit/4bit ICA images.
