Comments
LDialogColor::SetLocalHistoEqualizeParams must be called before using this function to set the initial values for the dialog. You can get the updated LOCALHISTOEQUALIZEDLGPARAMS with the values entered by the user through the dialog by using LDialogColor::GetLocalHistoEqualizeParams.
