Removes the region from the bitmap and frees the memory used for the region.

Parameter	Description
pBitmap	Pointer to the bitmap handle referencing the bitmap that has the region.

Returns

SUCCESS	The function was successful.
< 1	An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes.
