This example determines if the rotate control points can be reset to the default location. For CanResetRotatePoints to be true the following must hold:
An AnnObject must be selected and UseRotateControlPoints must be true

If displaying rotate control points (see AnnEditDesigner.UseRotateControlPoints), two rotate control points are displayed for a selected AnnObject:
Rotate center control point Rotate gripper control point
This method will reset the rotate control points to their default locations.
Use the CanResetRotatePoints property to determine whether you can call this method.
