If this AnnObjectBase does not support strokes (AnnObjectBase.SupportsStroke value is false), setting this property to any value will be ignoreed.

This property has no effect if you set it on an object that has no Stroke or that has no start or end points. For example, this property has no effect if you set it on an AnnEllipseObject.
