LEAD Audio Detection Filter (2.0)

This filter determines whether there is sound or not. The filter uses a silence threshold: signal levels above this threshold are considered sound and levels below this threshold are considered silence.

The filter passes the sound/silence notifications through a user callback.

The filter exposes its functionality through both user and programming interfaces.
