Power Class 360's mission is to help achieve The 21st Century Classroom™ for small to medium school districts. Many of these schools still rely on old technology such as overhead projectors in their daily tasks. Though effective and familiar for teachers, legacy overhead projectors are expensive to maintain and require significant preparation time and work. By incorporating image display and annotation technology from LEADTOOLS, Power Class 360 developed a digital solution with the ability to load an image, overlay the image with various text and image annotations, and burn the final image for students to download from the class website. Most importantly, this user-friendly and cost-effective application is now enabling teachers to devote more time to their students.
In addition to making teachers more efficient and bringing their classrooms into the 21st century, Power Class 360 is helping make schools go green. Most of the hard copy materials for syllabi, tests, quizzes, homework and lessons can be done digitally with the Power Class 360 platform. Consuming less paper, plastic and ink is contributing to a cleaner and brighter future, while simultaneously serving as a money-saver so that more funds can be put towards books, equipment and teacher salaries.

'Power Class 360' took an aggressive development approach and created several full blown proof of concept applications using LEADTOOLS and several competing products. Once each proof of concept was completed, they were evaluated with the following criteria:
- Ease of use
- Compatibility with .NET environment
- HTML5 support
- Ability to save the work in progress and continue at a later time
- Ability to read high-resolution digital images of various formats
- Ability to maintain the layers
- Ability to create high-resolution outputs
Once their evaluation phase was complete, their decision was a very easy one:

We would not have been able to deliver such a high quality solution in a relatively short period of time without using LEADTOOLS.
