Comments
LDialogImageEffect::SetDilationFilterParams must be called before using this function to set the initial values for the dialog. You can get the updated DILATIONFILTERDLGPARAMS with the values entered by the user through the dialog by using LDialogImageEffect::GetDilationFilterParams.
