This callback function is called before the window control paints a cell that contains an owner draw tag. This function is available only in the Medical Imaging Suite toolkits.

Pointer to a RECT structure that contains the area of the owner draw tag in the Memory DC. |

Comments
When the window control paints a cell that contains an "owner draw" tag, this callback function is called to allow the user to draw a custom tag. This callback function is only called however, if it has been set by calling LImageViewer::EnableTagCallBack.
