Returns the window handle for the specified cell. This function is available only in the Medical Imaging Suite toolkits.

Comments
Once you get the window handle for the cell, it’s best not to change the size of the window. Changing the size of the window may result in unexpected behavior.
When a cell is inserted into a container, the cell's window is created automatically.
