Sets the first visible row of cells in the container. This function is available only in the Medical Imaging Suite toolkits.

Comments
This function is useless if the number of cells in the container is less than the number of rows in the container times the number of columns in the container. To determine the number of cells in the container, call LImageViewer::GetCellCount.
The number of rows and columns in the container can be altered programmatically by calling LImageViewer::SetProperties. The number of rows and columns in the container can be altered dynamically by adding or removing splitters.
