All connections will be closed. If the computer is a server, it will be stopped.
This function shuts down the LEADTOOLS Internet DLL. This must be the last function that is called to free up any memory that is associated with the Internet DLL. No other Internet function can be used after LInet::ShutDown is called. If you wish to use other functions after calling this function, LInet::StartUp must be called again.
You must initialize the LEADTOOLS Internet DLL using LInet::StartUp before calling this function.
