Comments
This function sets the primary platform/operating system framework for which the profile was created. If there is no primary platform identified, this field is set to NoPlatformSignature (0x00000000).
The primary platform is one of the values contained within the "header" information in the ICCPROFILEEXT structure. Calling L_InitICCHeader will reset the primary platform and the other header information to the default values.
