Invalidates the animation playback handle. The image list is not deleted.

hPlayback |
Handle that references the animation playback. |
phList |
NULL or the address of the variable to be updated with the handle to the bitmap list that the playback used. This is useful it the list was created using L_AppendPlayback during the playback. You can pass NULL if you do not need the list handle. In that case, if the list was created using L_AppendPlayback, LEADTOOLS will free the list from memory. |
