Comments
The bitmap window can automatically perform some functions. These include panning the image, zooming a user-defined rectangle to fit the window, zooming in/out on a mouse click, and creating a bitmap region (floater) based on a user-defined shape.
The default setting for an LBitmapWindow object is TOOL_USERMODE.
