The command ID for the new menu item. The ID value must be in the range ANN_EVENT_MENUFIRST [0x0100] to ANN_EVENT_MENULAST [0x01FF]. This parameter is not valid if iType is ANN_MENUITEMTYPE_SEPARATOR.
