Remarks

Gets or sets a value that represents the corresponding bit plane associated with an overlay. This is valid only if OVERLAY_USEBITPLANE is set in the Flags property. For more information about the bit position, refer to the "Overlay Plane Module Attributes" in the DICOM Standard.
