For a multipage GeoTIFF file, this is the page index that determines the page on which to enumerate the tags.

If the file is a multipage GeoTIFF, the first page index is 1, the second page index is 2, and so on.

If the file is a single page GeoTIFF, always pass 1 to this parameter.
