RESIZE_NORMAL

[0x0000] Use the normal resizing method.

RESIZE_RESAMPLE

[0x0002] Resize the bitmap, using interpolation and averaging to produce a higher-quality image than is achieved with normal resizing.

RESIZE_FAVORBLACK

[0x0001] (Document/Medical only) Preserve black objects when making the image smaller. This option affects only 1-bit, black-and-white images, where it prevents the disappearance of thin lines. You can use a plus (+) operator to combine this flag with another one. For example, RESIZE_RESAMPLE + RESIZE_FAVORBLACK causes color images to be resampled, but applies the favor-black option to 1-bit, black-and-white images.

RESIZE_FAVORBLACK_OR_RESAMPLE

[0x0003] Uses FavorBlack for 1-bit images and Resample for color images.

RESIZE_BICUBIC

[0x0004] Uses bicubic interpolation.

RESIZE_FAVORBLACK_OR_BICUBIC

[0x0005] Uses FavorBlack for 1-bit images and Bicubic for color images.
