Manual Segmentation

To use manual segmentation, call the SetNewStripe method first to add a new stripe position to the control. This method will return the new stripe index. This index is used in SetStripeSegment to add a new segment to that stripe. Using the SetStripeSegment method lets you customize segment coordinates and types.
