Ripple method (Main Control)

C++ Builder example

Delphi example

Builder Syntax

int Ripple(unsigned uAmplitude, unsigned uFrequency, int nPhase, unsigned uAttenuation, const TPoint &ptCenter, unsigned crFill, unsigned uFlags);

Delphi Syntax

Function Ripple (uAmplitude: L_UINT; uFrequency: L_UINT; nPhase: L_INT; uAttenuation: L_UINT; ptCenter: Tpoint; crFill: COLORREF; uFlags: L_UINT): L_INT;

Overview

Refer to Applying Artistic Effects

Remarks

(Raster Pro and above toolkits only) Warps the image in concentric rings.

This method will warp the image as a series of rings radiating out from the ptCenter. The center point must be defined inside the bitmap or inside the region, if the bitmap has a region.

If the bitmap has a region, the effect will be applied on the region only.

This method supports 12 and 16-bit grayscale and 48 and 64-bit color images. Support for 12 and 16-bit grayscale and 48 and 64-bit color images is available only in the Document/Medical toolkits.

This method does not support signed data images. It returns the error code ERROR_SIGNED_DATA_NOT_SUPPORTED if a signed data image is passed to this method.
