The Leadtools.ImageProcessing.Effects namespace includes filters and transforms to process images (or selected portions). It includes methods to: Smooth, sharpen, edge detect/enhance, change hue and saturation, add noise, combine two or more bitmaps. It also includes filters for applying effects such as Ripple, Warp, Glow, Blur, etc.
