Comments
This must be the last function the user calls to free any memory that is associated with the segmentation handle. For each call to L_MrcStartBitmapSegmentation, there must be a call to L_MrcStopBitmapSegmentation.
Once this function is called, the segmentation handle passed to this function is no longer valid. The user must call L_MrcStartBitmapSegmentation before using any of the bitmap segmentation functions.
