Initializes a new instance of the
MedicalViewerStack class, with specified scroll position, active sub-cell, mouse sensitivity, mouse reset, and cursor.

Parameters
- scrollValue
- The position of the cell scroll.
- activeSubCell
- The index of the active sub-cell.
- sensitivity
- Integer value that represents the mouse sensitivity, in percent. Default is 100.
- circularMouseMove
- true to make the mouse reset when it reaches the side of the container (when the mouse resets, if it is dragged to one side of the container, it will disappear from that side and reappear on the opposite side of the container); false otherwise.
- cursor
- Default cursor for the action.
