Return Value
Value that represents the number of shades that are used to produce the background.  Internally, it is divided by 100.
             Ror example, if Ripple = 200 the actual frequency is 2. This value is 
             ignored if 
ColoredBallsCommandFlags.ShadingSingle is selected in Flags property.
