Changes from Version 12.1 to Version 13

Version 13 of the LEADTOOLS DICOM Class Library has changed from Version 12.1 as follows:

LEADTOOLS DICOM Class Library now supports JPEG 2000 compression of Pixel Data Elements.

LEADTOOLS DICOM Class Library now supports creating DICOM Directories for DICOM File-sets

LEADTOOLS DICOM Class Library now supports annotation files stored in DICOM data sets.
