Gets the current DPI (dots per inch) value that LEADTOOLS uses when loading WMF/EMF files.

Before calling this function, you must declare two variables of data type L_INT. You can then pass the address of these variables in the pXResolution and pYResolution parameters, which this function will update with the current values that LEADTOOLS uses for WMF/EMF resolution.
