Cleans up all data variables and buffers allocated by the L_StartDithering and L_DitherLine functions. This function resets all internal variables to their default settings.

Address of the bitmap handle that describes the bitmap that was dithered. It is the same bitmap handle that was specified in the L_StartDithering function. |

Comments
This function does not support signed data images. It returns the error code ERROR_SIGNED_DATA_NOT_SUPPORTED if a signed data image is passed to this function.
