Gets the current ImageList Control scroll style.

Returns

The current scroll style. Possible values are:

Value	Meaning
SCROLLSTYLE_VERTICAL	[0] scrolling vertically
SCROLLSTYLE_HORIZONTAL	[1] scrolling horizontal
