Sets the scalar value to be multiplied by the current conversion completion percentage.

Comments
Call IltmmConvert::get_PercentCompleteScalar to retrieve the current scalar value.
Using a value other than one will have the effect of changing the range of progress notification; for example, setting this property to 5 will change the progress range from "0 to 100" to "0 to 500".
To retrieve the current conversion completion percentage value, call IltmmConvert::get_PercentComplete.
