Comments
The IltmmVideoProcAmp interface, accessed through the pVal parameter, lets the user adjust the qualities of an incoming video signal, such as brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, gamma, and sharpness.
If the function succeeds, the user should release the returned interface pointer by calling the interface’s Release method.
