Comments
Any object, such as an ltmmMemory object, that can implement IStream, can act as a media target.
This function sets a stream object as the media target for the conversion process. The IltmmConvert::ResetTarget function should be called to stop the convert object from accessing the stream object. The target type will be set to ltmmConvert_Target_Stream.
