Retrieves the video frame rate, in frames per second, for the current stream in the current source media file.

Comments
This function will fail if the current stream is not a video stream.
The current source media file, set using IltmmMediaInfo::put_SourceFile, is the file for which the IltmmMediaInfo interface/object gets information. This function must be called before calling any of the other IltmmMediaInfo function used for retrieving information.
To set the current stream, call IltmmMediaInfo::put_CurrentStream.
