Remarks
Saves the fine-tuning information for all channels.
"Fine tune" each channel available in a given area using ltmmTVTuner.AutoTune and generate a table of channel information. When all channels have been "fine tuned", then call ltmmTVTuner.StoreAutoTune to store all the channel information.
