Gets or sets a value that indicates if this video format object is currently selected. If the format is currently selected, changing its selection state will have no effect. One format must be selected at any time. Possible values are:

Value	Description
TRUE	Select the video format, or the video format is currently selected.
FALSE	The video format is currently not selected.
