LEAD Audio Converter Filter
The LEAD Audio Converter filter allows you to change the frequency of the audio stream. This filter is especially useful if you need to convert a file to a file format that supports a limited range of audio frequencies. For example, FLV files can take audio only with these frequencies: 5500Hz, 11025Hz, 22050Hz and 4410Hz
If you try to convert a file whose audio frequency not listed above
(eg 32 or 48KHz), then you can use this filter to convert the audio to
one of the allowed frequencies before compressing it.
