Destroys the NITF file handle, and releases all resources associated with it. This function is available in the Document Toolkit.

phNitf

Pointer to a handle to an existing NITF file, created by calling the L_NITFCreate function.

Returns

SUCCESS

The function was successful.

An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes.

Comments

A NITF file is created by calling the L_NITFCreate function.

For each call to L_NITFCreate there must be a call to L_NITFDestroy.

This function should be the called after calling any other L_NITFXXX function. It will clean up and free memory allocated to the NITF file handle.
