Changes the image header information of a specific image segment. This function is available in the Document Toolkit.

Comments
To retrieve the number of the image segments in the NITF file, call the LNITFFile::GetImageHeaderCount function.
To retrieve the image header for a specific image segment, call the LNITFFile::GetImageHeader function.
