Gets the maximum number of images that can be transferred from the current TWAIN source.

Comments
This function gets the current maximum transfer count capability CAP_XFERCOUNT value. For more information on these capabilities, refer to www.twain.org/download.htm and click on TWAIN Specification (Version 1.9).
To set the maximum transfer count capability call L_TwainSetMaxXferCount function.
This function should be called after calling the L_TwainStartCapsNeg function and before calling the L_TwainEndCapsNeg function.
