The RADIALBLURDLGPARAMS structure provides information used to initialize the dialog box created by the LDialogImageEffect::DoModalRadialBlur function. After the user closes the dialog box, this structure is updated with information about the user's selections.

POINT structure that contains the point about which the image is blurred. The point should be within the image rectangle coordinates. However, if there is a region in the bitmap, then the point should be within the region. |
