Return Value

Returns true if any of the objects in group support the fixed state.

Returns false if no object in the group supports the fixed state.

Fixed annotations are independent of the Transform. The result is that they do not scroll or move with the underlying image. For more information, refer to PushFixedState and SetFixedState.
