Return Value
Value indicating the low bit used for painting.For an example, refer to WindowLevel
The low bit value will be: 0 <= PaintLowBit <= PaintHighBit <= (11 for 12-bit grayscale or 15 for 16-bit grayscale). A value of -1 will be treated as 0.
This property along with PaintLowBit are used internally by LEADTOOLS when WindowLevel is called.
