The StorageCommitAddIn uses the DataAccessAgentFactory to create a data provider to query for DICOM instances.
Make sure to configure the DICOM data store for the DataAccessAgentFactory before using this class.
The StorageCommitAddIn read the connection string name from the AddInsSettings.
