The BitmapSourceViewer containing the BitmapSource to realize this AnnRedactionObject onto.

When this method is called, the background behind this AnnRedactionObject is saved in the object, and then the area behind this AnnRedactionObject is filled with the value in AnnObjectBase.Fill.

If this AnnRedactionObject is already realized, this method will do nothing. You can determine if this AnnRedactionObject is realized by calling the AnnRedactionObject.IsRealized property.

If this AnnRedactionObject has no brush, this method will do nothing.
