Return Value

Value that represents angular pattern frequency. Angular pattern only occurs when either HalfTonePatternCommandBitmapEffectsType.Circle or HalfTonePatternCommandBitmapEffectsType.Ellipse is selected in the Type property. This value determines how many "spokes" appear in the image.
