Returns a pointer to the next item under the "Graphic Annotation Sequence" (0070,0001) in the "Graphic Annotation Module".

pRefSeriesItem	Pointer to an item element under the "Graphic Annotation Sequence" (0070,0001) in the "Graphic Annotation Module".

Returns

!NULL	A pointer to a DICOMELEMENT structure that contains the next item under the "Graphic Annotation Sequence" (0070,0001) in the "Graphic Annotation Module".
NULL	No items were found

This function returns the next item under the "Graphic Annotation Sequence" (0070,0001) in the "Graphic Annotation Module". Use this function along with LDicomDS::FindFirstPresStateRefSeriesItem in order to enumerate all the items under the "Graphic Annotation Sequence" (0070,0001) in the "Graphic Annotation Module".
